1. Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. Items must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In their original condition with all tags and packaging intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or made-to-order bridal outfits

• Altered garments

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, SG Bazar will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

4. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for:

• Size issues

• Damaged or defective items

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• If the item received was defective or incorrect, SG Bazar will cover the return shipping costs
